Scholastic
Growth & Business Operations, Process

At Scholastic, I built a program to expand access to books for underserved schools while also helping move aged inventory from the book fair division. I identified schools that couldn’t run traditional book fairs and created a funded model in partnership with nonprofits to support literacy initiatives.

I designed and implemented the project—from nonprofit partnerships and funding campaigns to school coordination and execution. 

The program scaled nationally and became Scholastic’s primary channel for aged inventory, ultimately securing millions in funding and growing into a $5M profit center within two years.

GiveSignUp
Go-To-Market, Sales Scaling, Training

I led key growth and operational initiatives for GiveSignup/TicketSignup, focused on defining market opportunity, strengthening brand positioning, and building the infrastructure to scale. I analyzed both U.S. and global markets to identify high-value segments and developed a clear ICP to guide growth strategy.

I aligned the two platforms under a more cohesive story while partnering with product and engineering to improve user experience and conversion. I also led a full CRM migration to Salesforce, standardizing processes, reporting, and team workflows to support scale.

Alongside this, I built and trained a team of five, creating playbooks, KPIs, and structure to drive consistency and performance. I expanded acquisition through new channels and a test-and-learn approach to growth.

The result was a more unified brand, stronger operational foundation, diversified growth channels, and a scalable model supporting over 28K events annually.

Read-A-Thon
Product & UX, Marketing, Sales Scaling, Operations

At Read-A-Thon, I helped scale the business by building outbound marketing and sales from the ground up, creating a more proactive and repeatable growth engine that drove a 35% increase in new client bookings. I built and led both internal and field sales teams, implemented HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation, and developed a high-performance culture with clear processes and KPIs.

I expanded the product offering, while also leading a full product and UX revamp to improve engagement and conversion. In parallel, I developed and executed integrated marketing strategies across email, SEM, social, and outbound to grow reach and drive demand.

I managed key partnerships, agency relationships, and end-to-end product launches, contributing an additional $800K in revenue. The result was stronger brand positioning, diversified growth channels, and a scalable foundation for continued expansion.

Marketing & Go-To-Market

For GiftCrowd, I provide(d) ongoing, project-based consulting focused on strengthening brand positioning and go-to-market strategy. I helped refine their ideal customer profile, clarify messaging, and ensure the brand resonated with the right audience.

I also advised on visual identity—including color, branding, and overall look and feel—to create a more cohesive and polished presence. In addition, I reviewed and shaped new messaging and positioning as the product evolved.

The result was a clearer brand, more targeted positioning, and a stronger foundation for future marketing efforts.
